Vietnamese Vanilla – Whole Pods 16–22 cm
Small production of Khanh Hoa
We are pleased to offer you a rare and confidential vanilla, from a small artisanal production located in the province of Khanh Hoa, in central Vietnam.
This Tahitensis type vanilla, cultivated in limited quantities, is distinguished by a unique aromatic profile, halfway between the woody power of Madagascar and the floral nuances reminiscent of Tahitian vanilla.
A unique fragrance, originating from a little-known tropical terroir
The pods are long (16 to 22 cm - currently about 21 cm), supple, naturally dried and generously aromatic.
The hot, humid climate of Khan Hoa gives this vanilla certain notes:
- floral and sweet
- slightly fruity
- with a woody touch
- and a subtly humid and tropical finish
A perfect aromatic complexity for pastries, infusions, ice cream, chocolate making...
Quality controlled – Compliant with European standards
Each batch is subjected to laboratory analysis in Vietnam (QUATEST 2), then verified before importation.

The vanilla is vacuum-packed upon arrival in France to preserve all its aromatic freshness.
Availability & formats
In order to respect the philosophy of this project — supporting small producers and providing quality, timely supplies — we offer this vanilla in limited quantities:
- 25 g (5 to 7 cloves) – €30
- 50 g (≈ 10 cloves) – €60
- 100 g (≈ 20 cloves) – €120
- 250g and 500g sizes available depending on stock
Each pod is hand-sorted and carefully packaged.

This project is part of our approach to exploring rare terroirs of the world, to inspire students, pastry chefs, artisans and enthusiasts, and to offer them the opportunity to work with exceptional products.
We import directly, without intermediaries, in order to:
- to support a network of small Vietnamese farmers,
- to guarantee perfect traceability,
- and offer you an authentic product that cannot be found in traditional stores.
